It’s Our Place at the Beach – we enjoy having our own place. We can come and go any time we please with no check-in or check-out times.

It’s Close to the Sound and the Ocean – we love the proximity to water on both sides of us. Jet-skiing, boating, kayaking, nature watching, walking on the beach, swimming, sunning, fishing, or just chilling out--there’s something for everyone of all ages. Sitting on our public pier or in the picnic shelter to watch the sun rise or set bestows a sense of tranquility unequaled anywhere.
It Offers Community Areas – several common areas--a boat ramp, pier, picnic shelter, and waterfront area on the sound—are available to every resident.

It’s the Best Deal on the Island – we are the owners of our park, so the cost of having a place on the island is a real deal compared to any other Emerald Isle location! Now in our 27th year, the annual lot rent has never been increased.
It’s Owned and Managed By Us – we are a limited liability company. Our owners elect board members from our park who volunteer their time and expertise to manage our maintenance, business, and financial affairs. We are fiscally sound with reserve funds ready to cover an emergency expense or pay for special projects.
It’s Relaxing and Fun – we love getting away from our daily routines and crossing the bridge onto the island for a change of pace. Whether we enjoy spending our time visiting, resting, working around the house or yard, fishing, or enjoying the area attractions and restaurants, we look forward to the chance to come to our home away from home.
